Accommodation

For organization purposes, participants are strongly encouraged to reserve hotel rooms via a reservation form that will be sent upon completed registration for the conference. Reservations made by contacting hotels directly cannot take advantage of the special rates and will not benefit from the support by the local conference management.

Reservations made via the reservation form are guaranteed until August 19th, 2011. After that date, rooms may be no longer available and rates may vary. From August 31th please contact the hotels directly.

Cancellation policies may vary from one hotel to the other and will be communicated together with the reservation confirmation. Reservation with hotel details will be confirmed by email soon after the deadline.

If your requested hotel or category is not available, you will be confirmed in another available hotel or category.

Reservations will be made on a “first come, first served” basis. Without a credit card number as guarantee, the local conference management cannot process your reservation request.
