EQANIE invites to a Conference on "Learning Outcomes and Quality Management in Informatics Education – Training and Exchange of Good Practice" on February 17th and 18th, 2011 in Vienna, Austria.

The event addresses

• teachers and students in higher education interested in improving the quality of education and in sharing good practices of internal quality management and using learning outcomes,
• researchers in this specific field, but also
• interested stakeholders from professional societies and industry, as well as
• participants from related areas such as engineering or sciences.

The conference focuses on learning outcomes and quality management in the discipline of informatics, but may also be worthwhile attending for participants from related areas.

This invitation also includes a Call for Papers: Proposals should focus on methods of internal quality management at programme level, or on specific aspects of internal quality management, such as individual approaches to assessing learning outcomes.
